Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia Wide only. Unfortunately we do not ship international.

Do you ship to PO BOXES?

We do not ship to PO BOXES at this stage.

Do you deliver to apartments?

Yes we do! Your order will be shipped by Australia Post, in the event you are not home to receive your delivery, Australia Post will leave you a red postcard with details on it to your nearest Australia Post Office for collection of your parcel. There is no need to click on anything at the check out as we’ve got it covered on our end. All other postal addresses will be shipped by Sendle.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. You will be able to track the progress of your order with the tracking number provided.

My order is taking longer than expected?

Once your order has left our place of business in Sydney and is in the hands of the couriers or Australia Post, it is up to them to deliver it within the time frame they have given us on our confirmation sheet. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for any delays. Please liaise with the couriers directly if you have any issues and please have patience with your delivery, as delays are expected due to covid-19.

What happens if my parcel is not delivered because of a wrong address?

Hello Sunshine Gift Boxes will not be responsible if you enter in the wrong address to the intended recipient. We cannot take any responsibility for incomplete addresses or incorrect addresses. We do not offer any refunds or replacements for your parcel or parcels that go missing. However if you realise through your confirmation email that you have entered in the wrong address, please send us an email ASAP and we will try to amend that for you.

Do you have options for delivery instructions?

Yes we do at the checkout there is a box for you to fill out any specific instructions, however if there is no specific instructions left all deliveries are marked with Authority to leave. This means that the courier will leave your parcel at the front door or in safe place on your premises.

What if i want to switch a product in the Gift Box I’ve chosen?

Our gift boxes are made with the most beautiful and unique products and always try our hardest to make the best combinations; But we understand that there may be a product that you would like to switch for another for your intended recipient. Please send us an email or inbox us via Instagram and tell us which product you wish to switch. We will then message you back with cost difference and how you can pay.

Can I pick and choose products to make my own gift box?

Unfortunately you cannot pick and choose your own products in our gift boxes. All gift boxes are carefully selected to bring that little bit of sunshine into you, your friend or your loved ones day. However on the odd occasion we don’t mind making something special if needed.

Can I include a personalised greeting card?

Yes, you sure can! I love to hear all your lovely messages. This is a free service that we offer. You can choose from a selection of cards on the product page. All you need to do is type in your personalised message in the comment box provided and we will hand write your message for you.

Does my Hello Sunshine Gift come as shown in pictures?

All Hello Sunshine Gift Boxes come in our Eco friendly gift box. It’s filled with white shredded paper to stop movement, pretty peach coloured tissue paper wrapping everything like a warm hug and sealed with a sticker. Our gift box is then placed in a white plastic tough satchel. We aspire to have our gift boxes arrived as packed, however once it’s in the hands of the couriers we cannot take any responsibility for any movement of products.

We will always achieve to make every gift box just as they appear online, with all of the products inside including being packed in our eco friendly Hello Sunshine Gift Box. During special events such as Mother’s Day & Christmas we wrap all our gift boxes with complimentary beautiful ribbons to match our three different size gift boxes.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damage during transit. If that is the case, please email us a photo of the broken item with in 48 hours of receiving your Hello Sunshine Gift Box and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
