Ingredients

1 tablespoon of Grounded Pleasures Cinnamon Spice Drinking Chocolate (or more for a richer, decandent experience)

1 cup of good quality milk (or your choice of alternative milk Almond, Soy or Oat)

Directions

Heat 1 cup of milk ( or Almond, Soy or Oat) over a low heat in a pot. Add 1 tablespoon of Grounded Pleasures Cinnamon Spice Drinking Chocolate and whisk vigorously until the chocolate dissolves and has reached the desired temperature. For extra deliousness add our Grounded Pleasures gluten free, soft & fluffy exquisite marshmallows. Yum!

Add 1 tablespoon of Grounded Pleasures Cinnamon Spice Drinking Chocolate to one cup of milk or an alternative milk and stir until combined. Steam with a milk frother until silky smooth.

Ice your Cinnamon Spice Drinking Chocolate with ice cubes or cold milk. Stir 1 tablespoon with a small amount of water into a paste. Pour in your cup of milk and stir. Consider adding cream or ice cream for a more decadent experience.

Being in isolation has actually made the whole world STOP! I cannot tell you how many times I used to say this in my mind “I wish everything could just slow down for a minute”, be careful what you wish for. I know what your thinking…. Your wondering, why is there chocolate in our Hello Sunshine Gift Boxes? Or if your anything like me, you’ll be thinking it totally makes sense to be putting on a face mask and indulging in a piece of chocolate, that’s self love isn’t it? I say it totally is! I’m going to share with you my story and why I’m loco for Loco Love.

I have been up and down with my weight for as long as I can remember. Just recently I have been on a health journey, and for the first time in my life I actually understand my body and what it can and can’t handle.
I can’t believe I am in my mid forties and I’m only getting it now! My mind set has totally changed and I want to nourish and nurture my mind, my body and soul.

I was in total destruction of ageing my body internally. Having done a full body check including BMI, weight, visceral fat, body age and muscle mass. I was in total shock to find out that my internal age was seventy years old; YES seventy you read that right! From that moment I took the next steps to make a life style change and to be the best version of myself.

My immediate thoughts were oh! look at this packaging it’s soooo up my alley. As I started to read I found out that it was natural organic vegan chocolate.
